I have taken some information off my side bar and transfered them to seperate pages. It's still a work in progress, but all the content that *was* there, is *still* here somewhere!
Under "Conditioning Data" I have posted some pdf of Farley's conditioning activity. I update these graphs on a monthly basis for my own use and try to look for patterns. You are also welcomed to take a look. Included is some data from my 2009 ride at Tevis. You are welcome to comment on the information.

I have thought about adding those extra pages through blogger too. Seems complicated! I guess I should just bite the bullet! Looks great!
ReplyDeleteHeather - it's *really* easy once you do it. If you need me to step you through it, just ask. I can do fancy screen shots and everything! LOL. I don't think you are going to have a problem once you get into it.
ReplyDeleteGot it! The hardest part was changing the font color so you could actually see it! Apparently, I had it set so that my links were the same color as my background... no wonder I thought it must be so difficult to do- I couldn't see it! Do you know if there is a way to make a 'bubble' or border around the links?
ReplyDeleteI think that has to do with what template you are using. I think if you were comfotable with HTML formatting (which I am not) you *might* be able to write that into whatever template you were using, but I'm not sure.
