It's been a rough couple of days

Social life includes all relationships - animal and human.  Good grades is defined as still being scholarship eligible (usually around a 3.0).  Enough sleep is defined as that amount which is biologically necessary (7-8) and not what you function best on (can anyone say 9.5hrs?).

*raises ice cream container* - here's to a more balanced, healthy week!

  1. Library school was a similar experience for me. My sympathies!

  2. Warm thoughts to you! I hope you pick good grades. :] Sleep is a close second though.

  3. Actually....relationships beat out the other 2, withe sleep being a close second. I'm in school with people I'll be collegues with for the rest of my life, I have a boyfriend that hopefully will be around forever, and I have a special dog that I will get to have for the next 10-15 years if I'm lucky. Vet school is all about the friends you meet and the contacts you make......and trying to keep all the other important relationships around you intact. It's so tough to balance and the diagram is right - most of the time you fail in all 3 areas!!! I'm not in any danger of flunking out, and althought I did try to get "good grades" for the last block and see how high I could get in my rankings....I'm in smack dab in the middle of the class. So I'm not going to worry about it anymore :)

  4. I'm overwhelmed by your ten topics! All seem to be "right-on". No need to stress... do your best & the results you want will appear as if by magic :-)
